May 20th, 2024 - Chicagoland SIA proudly sponsored Female Strong's 3rd Annual Golf Outing, demonstrating our commitment to empowering the next generation of female leaders. Despite the rainy weather, the event was a resounding success, filled with camaraderie, resilience, and a shared passion for Female Strong's mission.

Female Strong, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to offering hands-on programs, mentorship, and experiences that build confidence in middle and high school girls, preparing them to become future leaders. Contributions to events like the annual golf outing are instrumental in fueling Female Strong's impactful programs, such as YEA! Chicago and Female Strong Camp.

Chicagoland SIA is proud to support future female leaders through our partnership with Female Strong. The insurance industry has long grappled with a disproportionate representation of men within its ranks. Despite advancements in workplace diversity and inclusion efforts, women continue to be underrepresented in various roles and leadership positions within insurance companies.
